To get in shape for her role as Black Widow in Iron Man 2, she did 90-minute workouts seven days a week for five months. Besides boxing, she also did circuits involving kettlebell exercises, and classic strength training moves like squats, lunges, and push-ups. As far as diet is concerned, she ate a “mostly” vegan diet which consisted of a lot of kale and salmon.
