She lost the first 20 pounds by just watching her intake. The last 20 pounds she lost by adding exercise. Her workout: a circuit program which consists of jump rope, steps, push-ups, sit-ups, squats, and lunges. She also worked out for 45 minutes four times a week on the elliptical.
What she is currently eating: “I eat a lot of chicken and tuna wraps. But when I have no time, I’ll grab a slice of pizza,” Menounos says. “If I indulge, though, I’ll balance things out by switching to salad and fruit for the next meal.”
