You lost the weight. CONGRATS!! Now here is a tip to keeping the weight off forever! HOW? As soon as you notice yourself gaining weight, do something about it immediately! Don’t allow yourself to gain more than 5 pounds. Why? That’s how weight gain starts. You don’t notice it at first (what’s 5 pounds anyway) and than before you know it you’re now 20 pounds heavier. Weight loss gets more difficult the more you have to lose and you risk the chance of getting discouraged and giving up.
