Running = Sagging & Wrinkles

Avoid rigorous exercise such as running, jogging, or intense high impact aerobics because dermatologists and plastic surgeons believe that they cause sagging and wrinkling of the face. This will begin to show when you reach your 40’s. So what’s the solution?
You don’t have to stop these exercises if you love doing them just alternate between low impact and high impact exercise. Some great face saving exercises include swimming, stationary bike, walking, and elliptical.
