I love drinking smoothies! They are super easy to make, delicious, healthy, and just a great snack to have when you’re on go! This recipe is perfect because it is full of beautifying antioxidants and allows you to get in your recommended daily allowances of fruits/veggies per day. Also it contains fish oil which provides an anti-inflammatory effect which is great for reducing redness and puffiness of acne lesions. So drink up to beautiful skin! Here is to aging gracefully with less wrinkles and firmer skin.
Berrylicious Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp fish oil
- 1⁄4 cup frozen strawberries
- 1⁄4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1⁄4 cup frozen raspberries
- 1⁄4 cup frozen banana
- 1⁄4 cup chopped kale leaves
- 1 cup water
DIRECTIONS
Combine everything in a blender and blend until smooth.

hey…is there an alternative to using frozen veg and fruit?..can we use fresh ingrediants and and frozen ice cubes?
