Her Diet
When she wants to get bikini body ready, she stays away from junk food, drinks lots of water and shots of wheat grass, eats lean protein, green leafy veggies and less carbs.
Her Workout
She loves being active and really enjoys outdoor activities such as swimming in the ocean, riding her bike on the boardwalk and playing beach volleyball with her friends. She also does squats, situps and core-strengthening exercises.
