I am not a huge fan of mornings, it just seems like it takes my brain forever to wake up! That’s why I love eating breakfast foods that help kick start my brain into high gear. If you need a little help waking up a sluggish brain, try the below recipe.
Tip: Make any food smarter by adding berries and flax seed to it. To meet your daily quota of flax seed, sprinkle 1 tablespoon on salads or mix it into a smoothie.
