Doing anything in excess is bad for you even when it comes to exercising! Overdoing it at the gym can make you sick. Why you ask? Because you’re placing too much stress on your body which decreases the number of cells in your immune system. What can be done? Reports suggest consuming a combination of two amino acids which can be found in eggs and green tea could help counteract this side effect.
