Fan Question: I have a question regarding fish oil since you are our expert. When is a good time to take it? What’s the dosage? And since I left weights do you recommend I take it? Also when I took it I felt sleepy and weak. I appreciate you kind response and answer.

Generally it is safe to take doses of 3 mg or fewer of fish oil supplements per day because they produce little to no side effects. However, fish oil does thin the blood so high doses can increase the risks of bleeding, easy bruising and nose bleeds. Continue reading
