To drink or not to drink?

Can you believe that more than 2 billion cups of coffee are consumed in the world daily!!
There are some people who advice against the consumption of coffee while others encourage us to drink it. So with all this confusing information what should we do?
Good quality coffee is rich with antioxidants, amino acids, vitamins and minerals. Many studies have been done on coffee consumption and it has been proven that regular coffee consumption reduces the risk of getting Dementia and Alzheimer’s.
So why has coffee gotten a bad rap? Well it’s everything that is added to coffee! We load it with artificial creamers and sweeteners, chemicals, heavy creams and more fattening toppings.
Drinking coffee in moderation about 4-5 cups per day is safe for most people. However, there are some people who are sensitive to the caffeine in coffee and should drink decaf.
So all you coffee lovers don’t have to give up your favorite drink after all however just as long as you don’t pile on the extras.
